CLEAN LA Program in Support of Solar Power

The CLEAN (Clean Local Energy Accessible Now) LA proposal will authorize the residents and businesses in Los Angeles to erect solar panels over their rooftops and trade the generated power with the local utility company.

CLEAN LA is requesting businesses and  homeowners of LA to support the five year, 150 MW feed-in tariff program that commences from July and offers benefits up to $300 million in the form of federal tax credits for installing the solar panels.

The CLEAN LA proposal is ultimately looking to achieving a target of 600 MW by the year 2020.

This means that new jobs will soon be created, including careers in solar sales. Learn about solar sales training and how you can begin a career in this flourishing industry.

Also, if you live in the Long Beach area, NexGen Construction specializes in both residential and commercial PV solar systems. Visit their website for a free estimate and to learn more about solar.Publish
