Price to Install Solar Systems Drops
Solar could be as cheap as fossil fuels in a couple of years.
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) unveiled initiatives that could put the price to install solar at about $1/watt, or about 6 cents/kWh.
The initiatives go to support the development, manufacturing and commercialization of new solar energy technologies.
